It's pretty simple:
- Each year there is a suggested theme (this year: vampires vs werewolves) - you can use it in your drawings or not
- Artists are divided into two teams.
- For the whole month you can draw pictures of other people characters, and other people draw pictures of your characters.
- For each picture a number of points is assigned to the artist's team (depending on how many characters are in the picture, level of details, background complexity, if it's animated etc.).
- For drawing characters of people in the same team you'll get less points for your team.

Generally, ArtFight is about giving and receiving art and having a good time doing it :)

cool tip i learned - bcuz the site is basic:
- bookmark some ocs u want to draw and save them and their info like name # and owner info
- See if they have links and save them too locally
- - the key is saving off site locally so u can keep drawing if you want bcuz the first and last week can see site crashes until traffic calms down
- - also only draw what you want and enjoy yourself :) have fun good luck! 👍 awwwwoo go werewolves lol!
