I lost my boy.

Welcome to the realm of Prince Potion
š®š± My cat Curry passed away suddenly today from a suspected heart attack. They could not revive him. I watched him fall and go limp.
I'm devastated. There are no words. I had him for 10 years, and he was about 12. He was a beautiful fluffy orange boy who loved to cuddle and get his belly rubbed. He was a sweetheart to everyone he met. He slept beside me most every night. He has been there for me through so much pain and hardship. I'm gutted, and wish there was something I could have done.
I don't know what to do. I was not prepared for this, and he showed no signs of sickness.
He is my special boy. I will always treasure the short time I had with him. My sweet Curry boy, rest in peace and send your bright spirit into comfort. I will miss you eternally.

I'm going to ask you a huge favor one for you and for your departed furfam Curry.
Mourn his passing. Let the hot and heavy tears of pain and regret flow, With every tear. A tiny piece of that pain goes with it
Eventually, the pain of loss will subside. You'll be able to think of your friend with fond recollection, and no tears. The reason I say this is for you and Curry.
Is because, imagine how your beloved pet would feel if they knew, their memory caused you pain?
There's a legend in my family. It's about the cat's nine lives. Cat's reincarnate. Curry, bonded to your soul, will find you again. You'll probably have a kitten or a young cat
find you and they'll give off that same playful vibe, and probably have one of Curry's old quirks. A little "Hiya! Miss me?" So, I hope that gives some solace for you
He'll find you again, might not be a fluffy boy, might be a short-haired girl but, that soul will find you again.
Sadly the pain and ache will take time to lessen. It never fully goes away but, it gets tolerable.
Rest well precious one. Though you may be gone know that you are forever loved & never forgotten.
