Honestly, in my opinion Artists really shouldn't be there to begin with for more than just notifications or ads, as it is nether a gallery nor a archive for your art to be stored nor is it a proper method of correspondence with clients/patrons(critical of doing commissions over chat or chat style pm, toxic website, insecure messaging).
However in Elon's almighty stupidity or apparent lack of care he has imposed a rate limit on how many posts people can be read, 600 post for the average user and 6000 post for blue subscribers. That seems like a big number but It really is not especially when apparently not the messages you actually click on are counted but rather everything that is loaded into your feed.
This will greatly diminish the reach artist notifications get as users simply wont be permitted to see them if they already passed their limit of 'read' posts for the day.
