So I Picked a Great Time to Make That New Twitter, Huh?

Turns out if I'd just waited a few days Twitter would have saved me all the trouble by self-destructing. :^)
FA+

but hey, i guess itβs better than putting in a few weeks only to have it implode upon itself
Tough for those that live off of twitter or spend a lot of time on it.
Do we know if everything count as a seperate post? Eg, if someone goes to their feed, that page is count 1, but merely scrolling down past 3 posts will add to the counter? Or does it first count when clicking a post? Does it also count comments?
Depending on how it counts, those 10.000 will burn up super fast, or relatively slow.
Since it's a limit on tweets *viewed*, the biggest problem for content creators isn't so much the effect on our accounts, but on our audience's. When there's a limit on how many tweets people can view in a day, the odds of seeing any individual tweet drop, which means the visibility of content a creator makes is significantly impacted.
How long did you spend on twitter? Like, how many hours did you use to look at stuff?
That website's as unpredictable as the owner's stupidity
Only if people actually agreed on a single other platform to follow them on :/

I'm on Mastodon too, and planning on Bluesky as soon as it either becomes public or I get an invite. All my links are on my profile!
