The Anthrocon Experience
So last weekend I took a deep plunge and decided to head to Anthrocon. This was not only my first convention out of state, but the first one since the pandemic struck. It would've been Midwest Furfest in 2020, but... you know...
Needless to say, Anthrocon and Pittsburg was an unforgettable experience. I had such a great time and met so many different people; I've even met some friends of which I didn't even know were furries! I felt so comfortable that I felt like I could breathe and finally relax a bit. I wanted to write this journal earlier while my thoughts and feelings were still fresh, but the post-con depression snuck up on me as well as resuming work and taking care of other things. Anyways, I thought I should write this down in case anyone wanted to read this.
I had such a fantastic time and I'm making plans on heading to Midwest Furfest later this year. I'll make another journal when that comes more near but you can expect me to be there! :)
I guess that's all I really wanted to say. Thanks for reading if you have and have a good one! <3

Glad to hear you had such fun, hope the post-con depression has been overtaken.
Hope you're able to make it to Furfest this year, I'll be doing artist alley probably :)
And yeah, the post-con depression has passed. Nothing but fond memories and a bit of newfound confidence. It's definitely a welcomed change.
The artist alley works on a raffle system, right? If so, hopefully you get it! I'll make sure to stop on by. ^^
