Long story short, I have an idea for a puppet that I've been wanting to do. It involves 3D printing a face with a movable jaw (like a fursuit head, but for my hand hahaha) and hard arms/legs. The rest of it will be hand sewn with fluffy faux fur, but that part I already have covered. My conundrum is that I don't have a 3D printer, nor do I know how to export my blender files into ones ready to 3D print, so I'm looking for someone who can help me with both.
This is a rather large project size wise. As I said, it's like a fursuit head for my hand. My top four fingers need to be able to slide into the top jaw of the puppet and my thumb fits on the bottom jaw. Rough measurements tell me the inside of the head where my hand fits needs to be 9 inches long. I will likely need help figuring out the total size for each piece.
I DO NOT need help creating the 3D model. The model is already finished. It may need to be edited to be print ready, however
Payment can be discussed in DMs. Budget is flexible. Must be able to ship to/inside the US! Comment if you're able to take something like this on or if you can get me in contact with someone who can!!! <3

Though, I am in the UK and shipping to the US from the UK is oft fairly expensive, the last time I shipped a 3D printed item to a friend in the US, the shipping for the small item was like, £22 alone ^^;
But if that's not an issue, so long as it's a sfw project, I'd be down to help out with it!
also would it be able to print the size needed? 9 inches is the smallest of the measurements needed (that's the inside of the mouth, I don't know exactly how large it is)
I can send a mockup image if it'd help!
For printing the size, my printers print volume is about 10 x 10 x 10 inches, if it goes beyond that then it would need to be cut into multiple prints and glued together after the fact, but that should be relatively easy to do, since the slicing software for it also allows alignment pegs to be automatically generated between parts that need to be split ^^
If the mouth part of it moves, then depending on the mechanism being used for the movement, it may need to be printed as two objects and then assembled, regardless, though, which would most likely alleviate size constraint issues
And if you have a mockup image, that could certainly help to visualise how it would need to be printed!
I do notice that Atemumet offered as well, which might be better for cheaper shipping, as they're in the US themselves, so wouldn't have to be charged internationally ^^;

That would most definitely be doable, I think, for the full model it would definitely have to be split into multiple segments, the horns for example would need to be split and printed separately due to the scale, though for my printer at the very least, the software for it can do that, and automatically generate alignment pegs so the split parts can be glued on in the exact correct place ^^
The lower jaw I think, cuz of how the mechanism looks to be designed, would most likely be best to print separately, as otherwise there's almost a guarantee the hinge would fuse together, but the plastic is fairly flexible, so it should be able to be popped into the slots for it, I reckon ^^
I have a 3D printer and am US based. Also, I should be able to get 9 inches printed easily by printing diagonally, as my print bed is approximately 8.5" x 8.5" and 13" diagonally.
I am also fairly proficient with Blender and changing file types to the required ones 💜
From the measurements there it would be easy to fit that on my print bed.
I do agree with Emolg that the horns would probably do best printed separate, but that's easy to do and glue together~
