I used to enjoy sharing creations with the community, but this past year my passion has been really tested.

I now find myself living a double life. I am at the start of what could be a fantastic career. None of my coworkers can know what I have done here, and I don't tell people here what I do. I'm making up lies and ducking and dodging my roommate to find time alone to draw at the end of very long, very labour-intensive days. I can't keep it up.

Now, according to some guy on twitter, being too exhausted to complete Juicy July is "spitting on Creature's legacy". That's the last straw and the final nail in this coffin. That really fucking hurt.

I could go on for paragraphs about all the experiences I've had in this community that have chipped away at my happiness and motivation, but it won't change a thing.

To cut the chase I'm not posting art anymore. I'll still go on discord when I can to talk to my small circle of friends but that's it. I may still draw art from time to time, but I'm not going to post it. I'm finished with the community side of this.
