While I have found some success with past YCHs, one I’ve been considering is more or less bidding for my services. Essentially I give someone a bank of 10000 words to be used for any amount of stories the winner desires. It could be used for one, or three if they do wish and to be used at any time.
To sweeten the deal, whenever the total bid has increased by $100 or more, another 10000 words gets added to the pool. So a bid of $100 makes it 20000 words total, then $200 makes it 30000 and so on.
