Based on Pikachu's Minimal/maximum HP values at level level 50 pikachu's are in theory more effective batteries, assuming their HP is reduced when power is aquired (wether through fatuige, or getting slapped with a phone repeaditly cause your a monster, and have a cordless phone)
Assuming 2% phone battry life is gain per pikachu hp used, without feignting the pikachu:
level 50 min stat: 188% battery charge
level 100 min stat: 358% battery charge
Level 50 max stat: 282% battery charge
level 100 max stat: 546% battery charge
level 50 pikachues are effectivly 5% more energy effective at minimal stats, and 3.2% more energy effective at max stats....
So a level 50 pikachu with 0 EV/IV invested into HP is the most energy efficiant pokemon in terms of Battery power, in the senario sapping electricity cause HP loss/fatuige....
