just use msg! it's literally the real version of that. it's super yummy. I guess you can't really put that in a snack cake but like it's the reason you can eat like 3 bags of doritos without thinking about it

-Sugar. Yeeeaaahh, some studies have noted sugar can be more addictive than some drugs, and is the main cause of fat (not, y'know, fat. You can eat fat all you want, your body actually needs you to eat fats)
-Olive Oil, Butter, and Lard are plausible substitutes too depending on what's being eaten.
Seriously though. Just ramp up the sugar intake. Mix it with another addictive substance like caffeine.
