At some point in my travels through the internet, I encountered a color illustration of an equine character, presumably anthro, with hooves for hands. They were standing on their hind legs, using some advanced technology to create artificial hands out of energy, projected beyond the end of the hoof-hands, so as to be able to actually use them as hoomans do.

Evidently I didn't save it, or at least not anywhere I can find now. This was perhaps some time within the last year or so, though the picture could have been much older for all I know. That's about all I remember, but does that ring any bells for you folks? I liked the idea of artificial hands for the dexterity-disadvantaged. :3
