Well, another month has gone by, and I figure I should go ahead and make my usual update journal for my regular followers. I meant to try to get this done yesterday, but I was dealing with some other stuff, including a rather annoying issue going on with online transactions not working properly. However, it's nothing that I can't survive without, so I will live.
So, how did this last month go for me? The weeks where I did have work turned out a little more hectic than I was anticipating, but I did get two stories finished... Yet only one uploaded so far. If you've kept up with my other journal entries you may recall I had, well, not really a problem per se, but a thing going on where one of the requesters in line was having trouble thinking up a story idea. Well, they finally had a story idea, and though the outline was simple and relatively short, they liked it a lot, so I went ahead and wrote the story. I was wanting to give them a chance to read the draft and say if they wanted it to be longer... And they unfortunately have not had the chance to actually read it yet. They've been rather busy, apparently. I'm not impatient though, so I have kept it ready in the background and went ahead and started on my own personal story.
Thus, my only actual upload for this last month, The Old Wager Finale, which has done a little bit below average compared to most of my uploads, but dang I am really happy with it regardless. It feels pretty good to have a series complete and finished.
What do I expect from this coming month? Well, I will be getting back to work, and I kind of expect it to be hard. Up next will be a fairly quick project of the character sheet for the Old Wager series characters. I might have already done it by now if it wasn't for the online transaction stuff stressing me out... Anyway, after that will be a requested story, and while it's hard for me to guess how long it will take me exactly, I doubt it will take the entire month. If I'll have the time after that to finish a second proper story before the end of the month though, only time will tell.
