The woman called me and apologized for the unacceptable treatment she did
as well as apologizing about the Urn mixup.
I asked for the partial refund and she accepted.
So I'm just waiting for the refund.
In other news. Tobi's new Urn
Which I ordered: FAITHFUL FELINE URN
from Compassionate Pet Cremation.
So i have to wait about 5 or 6 more days and then We'll have to go up there to officially purchase it.
I didn't trust purchasing it over the phone but anyway.
Soon he shall have a more comfortable and more beautiful resting place. 
He always had sinus issues even as a kitten.. fought so long and so hard and he lived a long 13 years.. even when the vets thought he wouldn't make it.. my mother cared for him.. he loved hiding in long hair. I miss when he would hide his face under my chin when I held him.. But he's.. no longer suffering.. and I'm certain he's running in the meadows now, chasing after Kipper and free of the sniffles c:
I'll just be more at ease when I can get him out of that stupid cheap ass box.
