Please credit me for the creation of the character when you post them on your account (link back to either my DA or FA, or both, whatever makes the most sense for you) (especially for free/PWYW/OTAadopts, as those are me trying to get myself out there, I would especially appreciate you sharing those and letting folks I made it <3)
If you make more art of the character, please still credit me for the design in the description (linking back to my page/your original post of my design is very much appreciated)
Never use my character for hateful works (ex: homophobia, transphobia, racist content, ableist content, or anything else that could be hurtful, use common sense and you’ll be fine) I want these to be a species anyone feels comfy using
I reserve the right to tell you if your content counts as hateful to me and will ask you to take it down
Also regarding everyone’s comfort, nsfw artwork of my characters is allowed (provided they are of age in the artwork and able to consent), but I do have some simple rules. I just ask that you mark it appropriately so people won’t stumble across it when they don’t want to. Also, if sharing it with me on my page, please provide a sfw version as my homepage should be PG/PG13 (ex: cropped so nsfw features can’t be seen, added clothing - enough that they’d be acceptably clothed at a beach, removed “sussy” features - nsfw line work/coloring from crotch region and female chests)
My art is not to be used for nfts. I personally am against them, and also, even if I wasn’t, they are not allowed for most if not all bases I use.

Pricing Tiers for Simple Batch Adopts
Tier 0 : The character is yours! Congrats! Please share it so I can get myself out there! I really appreciate you liking my work :)
Tier 1 : Thank you so much for throwing coins at me! As a thank you, you can ask make edits to the colors/patterns (specifics listed in the what you get section)
Tier 2 : OMG! As a thank you you get edit privileges like tier 1 and I’ll give you a full sized colored anthro ref of the character if you would like (note: this will be on an adopt friendly base, so might be tricky to find for the more niche species)
**prices for each tier will be listed in the adopt description**
If combining from 2 different batches for the combo price, then the combo price from each batch will be honored (ex- 2$ for one, 3$ for the other)
You may also combine 2 different tiers if you only want perks for one design for a combo price
Max 1 design per person if tier 0, 2 if tier 1, 4 if tier 2. Max counter resets every 3 drops.

Suitable substitutes for each tier if not paying in USD (or equivalent value in other currency):
Tier 0 : this is free, so nothing haha, it’s just the same
Tier 1 : Lines that I may use for character design (if giving away, free or trades only) Art of one of my characters (if giving away, may not increase the price of them for) A shout out in a journal (if you have >200 watchers)(example- notifying your watchers of a base batch drop/raffle, shouting out my character design, something else you can propose)
Tier 2 : Lines that I may use for character design (ok for paid adoptables) or art of one of my characters (if giving away, I may bump up the price for)
If giving me line art, my preference is that it is similar to the lines I have used for my characters, though I am flexible.
You are also welcome to propose compensation different from my examples.


My designs are posted on both DA and FA. If someone on each site has decided to claim him before I can see, the person with the earliest timestamp will get them. If PWYW/OTA and you are offering to pay, it will go to whoever has the best offer if they are within 3 hrs of each other (I will notify both parties of the situation and give them an opportunity to change their offer)
If the adopt is free/PWYW and you want it for free, then leave a comment below (if PWYW/OTA, there’s a 12 hr waiting period in case someone wants to pay. If PWYW and you are paying, there is a 3 hr waiting period in case of better offers)
Watcher waiting periods are cut in half
If your offer for a PWYW/OTA is beaten within the waiting period, then I can try work with you to create something similar that you’re happy with :), I can’t have you being sad you missed out <3 (that being said, please don’t abuse this privilege, please be reasonable when consider my time and effort)
If the adopt is paid/PWYW/OTA and you are paying/you decide you want to throw coins at me, we can message and find out the best method for both of us (ex points, paypal, zelle, other money sharing app of choice, secret 5th option that you’ll tell me when we are discussing payment)


PLUSHIE COMMISSIONS:
Once I am paid and have been sent the ref sheet, I will get the you within 48 hrs
If you’re uncomfortable paying first, you can wait until I send you a watermarked screenshot
If “paying” with a free option, you must send it to me first
I reserve the right to turn down line art for my “free” option if it will not go well with other lines I have used or if it is not a style I will use (I like to keep my page coherent ish, but I am open to different things, it doesn’t have to be *exactly* the same)
I would love it if you post my final design to your accounts with credit
I will post my design to my DA and FA and credit you as the character owner


What you get-
Once claimed(if free)/purchased, you will get a clean png (optional white boarder, I can send you both/whichever file you ask for)of your character and their color swatches
(if you don’t like the look of a blank png I can also throw together a quick pattern background with a color and theme of your choice like all of my proper characters have, or a photo background with a theme of your choice/photo of your own)
If you decide to throw some extra coins at me, you can ask for the extra features your tier gets you
Edit requests for tiers 1 and 2 that *may* be humored: change <one color> to <similar color that still goes with the scheme> pls, take away this pattern it’s a little too busy, pls add this simple pattern (stripes or a specific shaped marking if I deem it acceptable), pls move the credit from <here> to <there>, something else you propose
These edits can only be made within a few days of claiming/purchasing, after that you’re locked in to the design
I reserve the right to say your edit request is too far from the original design, however I s’il work with you to try and find a solution we’re both happy with
Edits to line art/fill mistakes are always free if a flaw is noticed.

You may not resell just my designs for more than you purchased them for *without my permission* (if you wish to, message me and we can work out a split)
If you have made/gotten extra art done of the character, you may add those costs to the sell price (if this more than triples the price of the adopt I still would like you to message me)
You must notify me when planning to resell one of my designs.


Re- no nsfw on on my page; here is a list of nsfw adjacent content that is still allowed :
romantic art, bikinis or other clothing your aunt from the Bible Belt would lose her mind over (as long as it would cover the areas you need to at a beach), harnesses/collars/leashes on characters, curvy ladies, inflation/macro/micro/maws/paws/extra thicc/shibari/other content like that (as long as it’s within reason and the beach rule is met/the character has no nsfw features)
