The toughest part of the question is usually "How much are my customers willnig to pay?", and that's VERY dependant on the individual artist really.
As for the pricing, with that level of detail, background etc. I'd easily baalpark that in the 150-200 range. But, again, the question is how many people are willing to pay that - "fame" is a very deciding factor in pricing, unfortunately. I've seen quite a few artists that have to price them so much lower because they're not well-known enough to ask for a good price, and on the other hand, I've seen a few artists I had a feeling the pricing is more determined by the name of the artist than their skill, as mean is this might sound.
Really hard to gauge.
