DO NOT STATE YOUR INFORMATION IN THE PAYPAL DESCRIPTION.
I reserve the right to deny any commission I receive, or cancel (with refund) as I see fit.
My work does not include commercial rights, if a client would like to discuss a negotiation privately with me however, they may do so.
Clients may use my work for any non-commercial use with given credit. You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.
Chargebacks or refunds attempted to be received by force will be blacklisted.
My work is not allowed in AI generation or NFTs.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER FOR NSFW CONTENT.
I do all communication through social media, I will not add clients to Discord.
Small changes will be free of charge, but large scale changes (such as entire compositions) will require a service fee or be rejected depending on the complexity.
Please specify if you wish to grant me artistic freedom or not.
Working from written descriptions is allowed, but be aware large changes will require a fee.
Clients will be sent a sketch to be refined.
Designs made by me are subject to my terms of service, if a client breaks it I reserve my right to revoke the rights to the design.
Once purchased, clients have the right to use the design with credit, you are not allowed to claim the design as your own work.
A client may resell or trade/gift the design.
I reserve the right to reject work that makes me uncomfortable to draw.
Fetish mining (trying to force or coerce an artist into drawing something they are not comfortable drawing) will result in a warning, and a blacklist upon repeated instances.
I will not make exceptions to my NO list.
