i think a place that is a positive atmosphere that allows different types of art [writing, drawing, photography, so on] to be shared and explored in a healthy way but also a place for people to learn and grow
as well as just gaming and socializing

I'd be down for a general chat server with places to show off art.

Though I do have a major tip that might fly in the face of a lot of others' ideas on what such a server should be - try not to force a "positive atmosphere." If you create a good server and make sure there's a level of respect between members, a positive and welcoming atmosphere will happen naturally.
