Yes.

Same guy scammed me too. But I got my old account back, thankfully, and changed its access credentials, so he won't be using it.
He goes around pretending to be the people whose old DIscord accounts he hacked to get at their known associates, falsely claiming to have "accidentally reported them on Steam for a scam or illegal transaction", and then pretending to be a Steam staff chief using "Greg Cherlin" as a shell name. Thankfully, I've reported my old account as stolen to the Discord support team, and they've recovered it for me to change the password to it. He won't be using it anytime soon now that I've reclaimed it.
