The governor Jerônimo Rodrigues (who nobody knew until he Did the L and voted 13 on him) of the state of Bahia managed to kill more people on his state alone in Brasil than all the 18 thousand cops in the entire USA.
The police force of Bahia killed exactly 1.464 people this year, USA with all states counted is 1.201 people.
For the record Brasil as of now has 214,3 millions compared to USA's 331,9 mil.

Ironically Lula criticized Tarcisio de Freitas Governor of São Paulo for Operation shield to get back at drug lords who killed a ROTA agent but since the Bahian Governor is of his party he mops the floor for him.
