The doctor said it didn't looks like a disk-issue, as I was stil able to properly move my legs and also sensory imput was normal there, so it seemed a nerve issue, which luckily by now seemed to have subsided.

I need to make yoga stretchings and stuff to prevent that in the future from happening again.

oh ouch! fell down the stairs once and did something similar couldnt even get up for a piss gl dude that shit sucks.

Yeah, I was moving around in very weird poses to avoid painful positions.

The doctor said it doesn't seem to be an issue with ym spine and disks, so likely just a pinched nerve. I will need to do more regular stretching and exercise in general though

I had thrown my back out in a sneezing fit from allergies that was embarrassing. My back had a old injury from taking care of my grand father and working with animals.


But to throw our backs out for stupid reasons sucks.

Well, I once at my old job at the airport, hauling suitcases and stuff, I just moved my head to the left and I suddenly felt a pain like I was hit by lightning, from my neck down my entire torso. I nearly collapses there and there, that is how painful it was. And I could not move my head left and barely right, if I wanted to look behind me, I had to move my entire body at that point. I was out of action for surely two weeks back then or so and on heavy painkillers and muscle relaxing cremes and such. That was really not nice.

And I guess by now I am mostly allright again. Fingers crossed. Though I also should do more stretching and exercising to prevent that from happening in the first place.

Yeah I did that from doing home care and animals the pain you described I had that after a bad car wreck so I feel ya its not pleased.

I had something similar happen to me last year. I moved wrong when getting ready in the morning and ended up dealing with a pinched nerve for a full (very uncomfortable) week.

Yeah, it took my back a week to recover as well. Was not nice the first few days, was barely able to sit upright, let alone walk.
