Opening September Commission Slots

Holy shit look at me I'm actually gonna' try and take comms properly for the first time in years. I still need a little time to chew through the last of my upper queue, so I'm putting this notice out a little early so I can hit the ground running in September. I'm also still throttling my comms a bit, so I'll only be adding 5 slots for now. It's not first come, first serve; I'm still kind of pulling myself together, so I'll be cherry-picking ideas based on either simplicity or interest.
I'll be reading notes all week, and I'll let you know by Friday if you've got a slot.
