My room mate got a new computer setup, but lost her key for clip studio so she has to purchase it again to get it on her new computer. It's really important that she gets it set up so she can get to work on bigger projects, as her old laptop is very old and laggy and unable to handle larger things.

Yeah she has no way of proving she made the purchase because her email deleted everything before 2019 for some reason, and paypal's purchase history won't go back that far.

Yeah I bought it like years ago when it was on one of those big sales. I dunno what the heck happened to the email receipt, tried searching for everything that would have been related to clip but no luck.
