The Customer we contract with has given us a 30 day notice. We're done there, boss said start looking for new work as there's nothing he can do. The Co. were terrible to begin with I'm told.
BUT! (here's the kicker) I haven't been paid for 2 months of work yet!

Document everything, all your hours and work, the value, the contract, the terms, pay arrangement, etc. This sounds like it may get messy.
