Cannot Upload Stories

For the past few days, I have been unable to upload any story. Using the Upload Source File, every file on my phone and tablet are completely grayed out or missing. I can upload documents on any other website fine but not here.

Is anyone else having issues?

Are you still having issues? I haven't uploaded stories in years, but I just uploaded one and it worked.

Still nothing. It either says I have no files or when I do have them, they're all unselectable.

What file types are you using?

It doesn't matter the file type. Everything is either "not there" or grayed out and unable to be selected.

Have you tried a different web browser? Uploading from a PC? If you don't have one at home, you could try a library or service center.

Well, having to download a new browser onto my tablet, that seemed to worked.

So the problem is on Google then. I cannot upload anything through Chrome for whatever reason. That sucks so much. >_<

Which browser did you download? Almost all of them are chromium based, basically just chrome with a different suit of clothes. The main different one is Firefox, but if you downloaded a non-chrome, non-firefox browser and it worked, I'm extra curious which one since I want to know what they might have done different.
