Waiting for NDK Ride

Current Situation
I am waiting for my ride for NDK, which is kind of a convention I was dreading about going, the last time I went, it was jarring to say the least, it was 2019, and a month before my sister passed away. My sister was supposed to meet me there, but decided at the last minute to say, no, I am busy. So I am waiting for my ride, which is kind of jarring in itself, because of a certain well...someone. I can't exactly name him because he's that kind of person. I was going to mention it for awhile that I was stalked by a guy I call Wee-a-boo-billy, he is a really creepy kind of person.
Its a long story, but here we go, the reason I don't like going to this Anime Convention is that they won't ban Wee-a-boo for anything, he stalks people who like shows he likes. He starts acting like he's a friend, he starts doing all those things and then he decides he's going to be a home wrecker! He has spread lies about my husband and has told people a bunch of stuff that wasn't true about me or about the people I am friends with. He has just made going to conventions just a bit jarring and scary for me.
He followed me into a fandom that I have been in for almost 30 years, I was a teenager when I joined the Forever Knight Fandom and I never felt comfortable talking about it openly. When I did, I usually get these looks like, "Oh, you're talking about Moonlight, that show sucks," but I am like no, that's not it. The truth is, I get really nervous about discussing this fandom because of the people I am friends with and also that having Wee-a-boo talking about it like its an Anime makes it much more nerve racking because he has mixed it up with Vampire Knight, and I just don't get it.
So yeah, this is going to be a rather unexpected moment for me. I am scared of running into him. I just don't understand why he thinks we're friends when he has stalked, annoyed and chased me around a con. I am scared to death of this person.
I am also waiting for my friend, Ryan to contact me, he is my ride and also my friend who has the body build of a line backer in a football team, yeah, he is big and can scare away weird people. I have had to see him get up in front of people before as well. I am not going to mention that he has come to my rescue with my husband in tow.
Other news,
I have a new laptop because my old one decided to hate me and we are waiting for my husband to get around to updating my panels and also working on stuff. I have yet to get some nature photography done due to my body deciding to hate life. Oh well....this fall will be nice because I am going out with a friend to do some leafing and also the Gem and Mineral show is in a week.
I have a lot on my plate considering I lost my job in December and work at a gas station which isn't as stressful as working at my last job where I did returns and had a manager who wasn't nice to me. I have not had much luck and I am still traumatized and won't be going to IKEA ever again.
The other situation
Car was stolen in June and was found in July, we had to deal with that issue, and the worst part was the door and other stuff was damaged after it was brought to my husband's father's house, which was even more weird. Somehow the thieves thought they could steal it for the second time, problem is that there is a huge issue with the car, it won't start without the cytilic converter and also I make jokes on the other part.
Let's see, the car has no AC, the driver's side has the only working window, the backseats leak, and the trunk fills with water when it rains because the trunk seal doesn't fit. There is a mountain of other issues that are works in progress and the thieves basically stole the worst kind of lemon ever. Just putting that out there as a the joke gets worse when you realize that even if the car was taken again for the third time, the chances it will make it down the road will be next to nill since my husband's father installed a kill switch.
We are still looking for parts for the car and so far, there is hope it will be back in running order in December.
