So it's been awhile, but I need to shake the rust off, and doing what I want for my Birthday I think falls into that! We'll be playing games from one of my favorite series, Ace Attorney; Phoenix Wright, however because it's me it's not going to be anything resembling a straight line.

We'll be starting with a recent Homebrew attempt at porting the first game on the series to the NES, Phoenix Wright; Ace Attorney. It's got a long ways to go, but I'm curious how far this project will go, but It's far enough at least though that we can play through the first chapter!

Following that we'll be taking a look at a fan translation of the original GameBoy Advance version of Gyakuten Saiban 3, or what would be localized here in the US as Ace Attorney; Trials and Tribulations for the Nintendo DS. What makes this translation unique however is that it was released BEFORE the official translation on DS, and there are signs of what effects this translation had that somehow carried over to the final English version.
