Do you ever feel that no matter what you do, no matter who you try to please, at the end of the day nothing has changed?
Do you ever feel like something inside you is missing, that you ache for it? Yet no matter how hard you search and search you are no closer to it?
Do you ever feel that you are alone, that your friends in life have left you? That you are all that remains?

Understand those feelings, its rough. Still don't have a solution for it all really, just know you're not alone
That might not help with how you're feeling though
Like all I can suggest is try find things you enjoy or try something new you might have a slight interest in, like I've tried rekindling my interest in my hobbies.
It has helped somewhat, even more so if you can find a group about said hobby
