My second attempt to try and get my Skype back failed. I gave all of the information that I possibly could that I remembered. They are still saying that it's not enough. At this point, I am giving up. I also know now not to add a phone number as recovery info. I don't want to go through this again.

The only good thing about this is, is that you can just simply have a new account and start over. It is a little annoying, but at least you can still use the service.

Yeah... At least I still have the second skype account, which I will definitely NOT be dumb enough to tie to a phone number.

Yep. I don't think I ever used that as a recovery, since I doubt I had a phone back then. Yeah it's that old. :D
