I guess I'll start over. I have a cat, Sima, who often walks outside, but then comes back home. And recently, she didn't come home. I couldn't look for her during the day because I work all day, but at night I went around the neighborhood but no luck. All night I've been crying and hoping she'll be okay.

Today when I got home after my shift I asked my mom "did Sima come home?" she said "no, but I saw her sitting in a big tree and when I called her Sima didn't pay attention and didn't move". We decided to go and get her from there. I climbed up the tree and took her down with difficulty, she hissed at me..... When I felt her I noticed she had a huge hole in her ribs and there was something squishy under her skin. I was very frightened and started looking for doctors who could help. But because it was too late in the day I was turned away, and early emergency appointments are very expensive. I have no money....
