Guessing this has something to do with Aly the Snivy hitting FAs recent rule changes about clamping down on "minor coded" poke/digi ocs a few months ago (Even though I never got those vibes at all from Aly).

Heard cases of users getting dinged for having using certain evolutions of pokemon, even if they are aged up.

An artist once showed me in his private group that the FA staff said that a certain NSFW drawing of a Fennekin had been approved because the Fennekin had been drawn grown up. The chat (me included i think) highly throught that it is because of his artstyle but truly spoken we do not certainly know.

Nah, just most of 'em. In this case, they're probably hitting Snivy because it's the first of a three-stage evolution line (in other words, they think all Snivys are automatically kids). It's dumb.
