About documents - I don't know how, but my friend and I got our international passports, but his partner no due some shit that no one understand. Just delay. But he is waiting he's passport 2 months instead promised 1 month.
So right now we have 3\4 international passports.

About hormones - right now, no problem, 'cause we successfully bought 3 packages of Androgel last month. But we still don't know what to do about what we will do when run away. I think just take 2 packages and hoping.

About loan - I don't find any information about our situation, so it still a problem for us.
