I don't know if it would work, but you could try making a simple carrd with the queue info? in carrd you can also kind of customize it to fit your needs. Other than that I can also think of an excel sheet in google drive, I often find excel sheets useful for categorizing or listing information!

Ive always wondered the need for something like trello, a public google sheets or even docs would work just fine. Just make a table with dates, and checkboxes for the stages of the commission, for example.

It wont be as flashy as trello of course. But its immediately recognisable to all your clients as a reputable website, and it isnt going anywhere of course. You could also just use a pinned journal in FA or as part of your boosty profile if you dont want to juggle more sites, but of course you wont be able to use features like checkboxes then.
