[UPDATE] Just a quick update to say I'm home from my surgery and everything went well! I need to take it easy for a little bit while I recover, I'll let you all know as soon as I'm ready to get back to work. Luckily I was able to clear my queue in time so I have nothing to worry for now, but if anyone's feeling generous and would like to send a little extra tip to help me stay on top of upcoming bills, my ko-fi page is linked below!

I haven't written a journal like this in quite some time and possibly the first one in years that's not about me going on hiatus lol, although technically speaking I do need to address a short break I'll be taking very soon cause next week I'll be having my top surgery! The surgery is scheduled for the 12th of october, and I'm not sure how long recovery will keep me away from work. The full recovery process is gonna take months, of course, and it might slow me down a bit, but I should be able to get back to work no problem after the first week or so. I'm doing my best to finish everything in my queue before that day, but just in case I can't do it, please understand there'll be a bit of a delay 😭 As for when I'll be open for commissions again, only time will tell.
Which brings me to my next topic. I'm thinking of starting a fundraiser of sorts to help me with moving costs. This is a less urgent matter because I still don't have a date for when it'll happen, but it's something I've been preparing for for quite some time now and I'm hoping to achieve before the end of the year. I currently live on a small apartment with two dogs, a fish tank and dozens of plants and I'm in desperate need for more space (and also to get away from this insufferable city), so I'll be moving to a house as soon as possible, and while I do have a fair amount saved up it's still not quite enough. Moving is very expensive, as I'm sure you all know, so the more money I'm able to save in advance the least stressful the process will be. I'll probably make another vore/WG donation drive sometime soon, as well as YCHs and maybe adopts? I'm open to new ideas as well if you'd like to suggest something!
But anyway, that's about it for this update. Thank you for reading this far, I hope to be back soon with cool stuff to share!
