Been meaning to make this for a while. Here's an ongoing list of desired changes and revisions to current characters, including redesigns or just minor personality tweaks. Mostly for me to keep track, but your feedback and suggestions are very welcome!

Characters with changes I'd like to make:

A pretty long list ranging from those I'd like to totally redesign to those who I think just need minor changes, along with some less popular ones I'd like to get out there more.

Aakra - The spider-coyote is a spooky trickster, with webs and pheromones and even venom in her hybrid fangs. Playful service top type who I might make a little scarier at first glance when she finally gets something NSFW!

Afrikasi - Always liked the silent jackal, though I could probably nail down his appearance a little better to really capture his specific vibe.

Anathema - I'm not actually sure the were-dog's species fits his huge, brutal nature all that well. Would like to nail down his timid, untransformed female self, Kamaria, and how the beastly side is an extension of her own personality.

Angelene - It's been ages since the curvy eagless done anything, and as one of Mahiri's oldest friends she can have an older, more mature professional design these days.

Axelle - Not entirely married to the idea of her being an orca since it's such a hard one to get drawn. I do love the heel wrestler who's a fun goof out of character persona though.

Calastia - Not sure she's ever quite clicked with me. Chubby nerd komodo dragon with a mean streak is fun, but I think she needs something more to make her more fun to write about.

Carmen - The sweet succubus lioness has gone neglected too long! She's mostly done cameos, but her caring, yet sexually needy self could use more showing off in the future. Some sort of supremely seductive, demonic-looking picture that still displays her gentle nature someday perhaps!

Corisande - Nothing to especially change here with the horsebird breeder goddess, though she does need more art to really give a sense of her scale, and a possible optional quad form!

Erin - The ghostly newt of the characters on the list for dropping or totally revising, sadly. I do want to have a ghost character in there somewhere but I'm not sure what to do with her and a totally new design might help revive her (so to speak).

Freya - Scrappy, shortstack switch smilodon gal. Newly part of Dairinn's gang. Just needs a little more love.

IO - I've been wanting to debut her in stories and YCHs for years now, but I think the unfinished prototype of a latex-skinned robot raptor might need a sleeker, more futuristic design. Really in love with her concept but she's still in beta.

John - Just a small change for boar dad, want to reduce the amount of scars he has in future art.

Kilrasha - Big boss lioness has been on the backburner a long time with no NSFW art. I always think she has something of a vampire vibe, even if she's not outright one.

Kirabo - Same deal with her flirty young zebra husband, fun character I just haven't given any more art love. Debating to lean even harder into his feminine features, or to actually put some muscle on him, but keep him pretty girly and bottomy.

Lilith - Very happy with her new self after she became the big titty goth bat girl she wanted to be, just need to get her out there more! Gotta get her some art in something cute and gothy.

Liz - Big lazy princess dragoness is leaning more to default quadruped in my head these days. Will need some art of her and her fat ass.

Lorelei - Have her as more of a muscle mommy polar bear in my head these days. She's really been working out.

Malinja - Total personality redesign for the quad tigress that has her as a classy whore who makes her clients feel incredible. Very good at what she does and well known for her skills. Will spoil you.

Marya - The husky was a bit of a background character be design, but the cold enforcer in Dai's gang could always use some love.

Masami - The weather goddess noodledragon having a gigantic non-anthro form, along with a more impulsive and occasionally temperamental personality is running around in my head!

Nanji - Dairinn's loyal protector lion has also been a background character most of his time, could use a little attention.

Nathanael - The corrupted deer priest is possibly a character I might reboot or totally revise, not really sure what to do with him right now.

Samael - Have a redesign in mind for the big green anaconda involving him being a tattooed up occult type, with a new taste for souls. Lich vibes.

Sarteegan and Zambita - The tiger and hyena stud partners just need a good art to become less of the background characters they currently are, I think. Also they brought Layla into their polycule now.

Sol - The wandering lizard might become more of a cowboy, maybe even with some bandit outlaw vibes.

Sylvia - I actually really like the bubbly bartender who's also secretly a hardass gang member and will snap you up with her tongue in an instant. Might change her design a bit but she's staying froggy.

Takoda - The huge damn wolf has been getting a lot of story love, and I just want to give him some more art to really show off his size. Not married to his current colour scheme either, could change it maybe.

Teremesha - Handsome fighter lion who's a bit of a pushover at heart would be very useful in stories that need more subs. Needs a little push!

Vaul - Big devil horse is leaning more on the quad side these days, in my mind. Still goes anthro as needed of course.

Xanthe - The soft, sensitive seamstress crow is always in need of an attentive dom. Will get her some more art someday.

Zari - I actually feel bad how often I forget Mahiri has two siblings. Considering outright transitioning them to a tall, athletic, yet more submissive male form! Maybe keeping their current cheetah species, maybe retconning them to leopard.

Zath - Have been pushing my fondness for sassy, seductive Salazzle character ideas onto this big lizardess, as the mesmerizing bard as skilled in music as she is in mind-warping pheromones.

Zueleika - Haven't written or seen this plump femdom macaw in a while. Might make her design even thiccer tbh.
