On why I didn't upload art recently

I would like to explain why I didn't upload the artworks I had finished. In the past this was no problem for me, but with the developments in AI and the politics around it, I hesitate to put anything new online. You could just say abandon the sites collecting data for their models, but this wouldn't protect me from data scrapers or people simply sharing my stuff to said sites.
So I decided to glaze (https://glaze.cs.uchicago.edu/) and watermark all my artworks, past and future. Which is a enormous task, since I have a huge backlog to go through. I felt frozen and couldn't even start for a time, but I made a plan to manage this. I will take care of my work newest to oldest. Look forward to me replacing all submission files bit by bit.
But I would like some advice for twitter and instagram that don't allow me to exchange files. I have to delete all images and probably reupload just recent art. Are there any tools you can recommend for that?

There is this gnawing sense that thanks to AI and general slimy corporate and human interests, the internet we used to count on is in decline and the clock is ticking. Hoping some sort of reform movement eventually kicks in.
But it's a bit more restricted for Linux people as I have to ask for an account for the Web application hhh (but it's cool it exists in the first place, so my critique is on a quite high level here).
I wish you all the energy to go through all your art and uploads!!
