Hey all, I took off with my mother out to my grandparent's state on Friday because my grandfather took a serious fall Thursday night.
A lot of family came up to tell him their goodbyes as he had suffered fatal injuries, and with both sorrow and relief, October 8th at 8:08 PM my grandfather peacefully passed away. He was not in any pain and my mother, grandmother, and I were right at his side when he took his last breath.

It's been really hard for everyone in my family, and we didn't leave my grandmother until we were sure she'd be okay and had so much love and support from everyone around us the entire time and now still.
My thoughts are a bit all over the place, my apologies. I lost a really important person in my life. I did miss work too before this as I was sick, and having to leave so suddenly (thankfully when I was better), I would love to ask for support too.

I have a handful of YCHs and would like to do more too; I'm going to put this out there and link a few too and take the time to get as much straightened out at home after such a sad time, so my apologies if I don't reply back right away to anyone interested-- I'm exhausted emotionally and physically and need some rest time too.
