You're welcome to try. Personally I don't prefer NSFW content, but yours doesn't seem like that so I'll support you on that. There's also the idea of posting WIP updates or special pics featuring your characters from a popular vote. And, if you're up for it, special commissions that people can only get through patreon. I'd say there's many ideas you can do.

There's various things you can do on Patreon: exclusive art of course, but also NSFW variations, polls for next art, wip, and so on...
If you're not too confident about Patreon, why not using Ko-Fi instead? This way we can support you, without you worrying about following a schedule for your Patreon.
