Now I'm going through a difficult period in my life
2 years ago
Hello
Now I'm going through a difficult period in my life. On October 19, at 07:32, an alarming message from my mother came to phone. She tried to commit suicide by poisoning herself with pills.
I immediately went to her and called an ambulance. Before the doctors arrived, I tried to help her on my own, tried to induce vomiting, but nothing worked. At about eight o'clock in the morning, we were already in the ambulance and heading to hospital.
We had to go to a certain hospital, but mom's condition began to deteriorate sharply, so the doctors decided to take her to another, closer department. For some reason, they refused to accept us.
It was only at nine o'clock in the morning that we finally got to the right hospital, and my mother was transferred to the intensive care unit.
At eleven in the morning, the resuscitator reported that mom was conscious, but some of the drugs she took had already dissolved. Mom was saved, but the damage to her health was done. I spent the next few hours in a borderline state. At one moment everything was fine, at another — I was vomiting from overexertion. However, it's finally over.
I am grateful to the ambulance crew and the intensive care doctors, thanks to whom my mother is alive. Ahead of her is waiting for a course of treatment and examination of the heart (unfortunately, it is has suffered greatly). I hope the treatment will help.
Now I'm gradually getting back to work, drawing helps me get back to normal. Thank you for reading this entry
