Opinion on Mario and Luigi's new voice: It's aight

Subs take it up the butt
Kudos to the new voice actor for Mario and Luigi. Most casual fans wouldn't notice, but older fans like myself can tell there is a difference. It does sound kind of off, but the guy is doing a good job and I think he'll get better over time. I assume the voice for Wario is a different person based on the trailer for the new Wario game and that one sounds really weird.

Some people said that Nintendo should have used AI for Mario's voice, but it would never work because Mario has a very unique voice. An AI would have an easier time replicating someone like Obama or Trump.

Honestly for a first performance, they did pretty damn good from what I've heard. They can only get better from here,. I'm sure.

Yeah, its pretty close, but i am cutting the new actor some slack, because Charles would be a tough act to follow since he had been Mario for so long.

Yeah. It’s to be expected. I haven’t heard them yet as I don’t have the game, but I get that feeling of different voice actor after a legendary one retires from a famous character.
