November 26th News

Happy Turkey Day to us in the states and to the rest of you 'Happy Thursday' :P

So I worked today, as many of you know at a grocery store, had the early shift which was 5 am about 10 minutes into my shift I was outside running chores when a Local News Van rode past (a premonition of things to come that day) 2 rolled around and I left for the day, came home to a lil dinner and some visitors, not eating a whole lot since I had plans to leave this evening with some Co-Workers to hang out, after the light meal I set my alarm and took a nap until we'd all hook up.

Some time before 6 I got a call, and not the one I wanted..

It was one of my Co-Workers I was going to go out with, she told me that about an hour and some change after I left they had been held up by a lone gunman.
Thankfully no one was hurt but they were shaken up of course, I never have felt a mix of Relief, Anger, Sadness, and Joy. Sorta puts things in perspective.

So In recap hug yer fams and toast your friends because life is random as shit. (Oh and wolf down that pumpkin pie your Grannie made)
