You ever have that moment when you suddenly start thinking of someone and how they need you for something, and then that feeling doesn't go away?

I've been having that feeling for over a day now, but I'm the kind of guy to try not to annoy someone if I've already poked them recently, and I don't want them to get bothered by me.

On top of that, I don't even know what I'd say if I did reach out to them, but I can't stop the feeling that they need me.

I worry about people a lot, but whenever this feeling comes up I just want to somehow give them a hug, even though they barely even know me.
