imho, you seem to do fine with one account, if you only have few NSFW and that style lines up other works in my eyes

In my personal case of splitting into NSFW - SFW, I wanted to be able to have more SFW-sociated friends and contacts (since couple commission artists would only do SFW). Later my SFW side took on it's own completely different direction, and I'm glad I made the distinction early on

However, you should do what you think is comfortable. Both have their pros and cons.
