this....SO MUCH this. I can't stand AI art stuff and how people do that with it x_x

Good luck, almost the entirety of FA has already been fed into multiple ai's. It sucks, badly.. T_T I do ai stuff, but I train it on my OWN sketches, and FREE TO USE collectives... I HATE..... HATE how people wont ask the artist permission... it's terrible.

it does suck ,it would be so much better if people did ask for permission from artists first but people feel above that for some reason , because like AI can be a good tool for stuff (also thats kind of neat you train it on your own stuff)

Been doing it for the past 14 months, also programming an ai chat-bot to help with DnD and pathfinder stuff for npcs. But yeah, I fiddle about, me and my friends use my ai i've been teaching, mainly for inspiration on poses, or neat mesh ups of hybrid characters when we can't seem to get a grasp. AI can be fun, but it's not fun when you have so many people just trying to rip off someones style they've worked hard at. Like myself, I'm trying to have the ai i'm developing to CREATE its own style, from learning from others sure. But I don't want my AI to copy, or mimic others styles exactly, I want it to find its own area, which takes the deveoper of the ai, to direct the ai in which direction to navigate. I've gone through at least 3mil or so images, mostly made by the ai, correcting the images, tagging the images, telling the ai what part of the images are good, bad, what to avoid, what prompts the images should have for the ai to reference from, etc....

ugh... its not easy, but its fun when you see it all coming together in the end. I can't do art art any more because of neurological issues and my hand not working as it used to, but having a medium to express myself in some way is nice, so long as it's used ethically. That's why I hate all these other ai places, that just scraped images from FA, E6, inkbunny and other art sites. D:

Personally I think it's so much more rewarding doing it like I've done it, knowing that each image was hand picked, curated and gone through, making sure it's from sources that are fine with is being used for training, and training only.
