Romi...I can't belive this is happened to you. I was logged in a few times, waiting for you even, but i also had to go to work. And now you tell me that you are never going to be able to log in with Romi Miami?

This is bad. Really bad news. I would not let it go that easily. I would write to Linden Labs and ask for a refound! They are turning their service of entertainment into a bad experience for you and you also have been ROBED from your goods.

Tell them, that you hereby (with that letter) pledge, that you aren't an ageplayer, and you will write it to your proffile for anyone to see it (i did that). Also tell them, that IF you broke the TOS, then it was an accident, and you feel deeply sorry about it! I would not let my SL self goe down just by an accident! Just send them an e-mail. You have to "BEG" your way back, or at least try it! If they aren't able to give you back your avatar, then ask for a new acc, and 10.000L$ refund: That would seem like a new start, and promisse that you will avoid any missunderstandings in future too. If the admins are reasonable, then they will consider it.

I'm not accepting that you are gone, untill you are fully done what you could. I know, that i would not give my avatar up in so easily and if nothing was made to make me come back, then i would make a new char and inform my friends (IP-Ban is a laugh - Easily to change or hide IP for a short time, like 1-2 hours) about my situation.

Well hun.. yesterday I speak whit an admin in Skype, and he say "romi Miami is no more in the datebase.. means Romi miami is delet, no chance to make it again, I will restart, I tell you then, and everybody who wants, per IM in FA my new name... The only I gonna hate is this ava have about 30 Fur-avatar, like this you see in my Pictures, it will be hard get this all back, but the importants part is I can come back in some way, next weekend I am at home again and make a new..

You should be able to use L$ as a refund link just as the net game Travina lets you with Gold on your acc in case of deletion...Those LL personel really don't care about stealling?
