Mine too! I love it quite a bit. I've beat it but it can still be fun to go back and replay it every now and then. Unfortunately, it can be hard to find a good wholesome transformation game. There are a ton of NSFW type games with transformation but not that many transformation games that are appropriate for those who are not interested in NSFW crap. It's a very hard thing to find.
Divinity 2: Developers cut (This game is the full version of the Ego Draconis and other DLC.)
Plot you play as a human who trained to be a slayer (a person who hunts dragons) however, through the story you become what you hunted.
Monster boy and the cursed kingdom - Basically wonderboy but more upto date. With new cast of characters and was my favourite game for a long time.
Nobody saves the world - Transform into different creatures to solve dungeons.
Magicraft - Similar to binding of isaac you get some transformaiton stuff happening to you as you get relics (it's not full tf)
Dragon quest heroes - Transform into a monster for a small time. (it's not that worth it. Plays like dynasty warriors)
Pawnmorpher mod for Rimworld - Inject people with nanites that transform people into creatures against their will.
V-rising - Vampire game plays like diablo with bosses to kill to unlock more content (still early access) you can turn into a few creatures.
Dragon's Dogma - If you fail to beat the final boss you get a unique ending.
Amazing-cultivation Simulator - Picking a character who is of demon blood if you fail to get past a threshold you obviously lose your character and they become a demon beast.
Baldur's gate 3 - Druids, the dark urge and some other things.
Prey - Later on shapeshifting into props to hide too.
Sacred 2: gold - Hasn't aged well but it was a diablo like game with a person who can turn into a dragon.
NSFW Games -
Dawn of Corruption - Porn game with growing larger.
Carnal instinct - Porn game feels like assassin's creed (still early access and they moved to unreal engine 5 so incomplete)
Plus a bunch of games by Blueballs on FA has a ton of TF elements too. (He tends to do text based adventures)
On the Xbox360 there was also the game "Kameo" which involved a female character who could turn into different spirit forms. (From a dragon to other things too) Forgot to add that to the list too.
There is a sequel being made which is going to be more 3D and less about a group and more about being alone.
If you ever play the first game. Make sure you use one of the cheaty mods that allows you to spawn stuff in.
(Even creating a character allows you to make a cheaty character to begin with that can survive the bullshit of demonisation)
Going to add games I remember as well:
ShadowCaster
Cassette Beasts
Altered Beast Series
Polymute - A indie tf game I played on stream but got stuck on
Demons Crest
Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask
Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess
Shantae
Super Mario Odyssey (kinda)
This site as well https://tfgames.site/index.php
Unfortunaly 90% of these game I could never stream on youtube due to thier adult nature and much focus on plain Human to Human TGTFs
Proyect altered beast (PS2)
Claymates
Magician Lord
Avenging Spirit (arcade) not exactly a TF game but you possess different enemies and use their powers
Paper Mario: The Origami King, Mario's Sidekick Olivia can learn to transform into 4 different elemental creatures. Including a turtle, water dragon, and a phoenix. The tf sequences are pretty cool too. Thanks Vinesauce
Sorry I'm a bit late to this, several I know have already been suggested! But I can offer the following:
Cultist Simulator has as its end goals (for most characters, not the Ghoul or the Priest) to transform into something eldritch and the Dancer uses transformation as a more frequent part of its process of ascension, but it's also very much not a game for everyone, and the real transformations don't tend to start until you hit the Third Mark, which is a fair way in. (https://store.steampowered.com/app/.....ist_Simulator/)
Age of Wonders 4 allows the PC, a powerful wizard, to alter their people. Often subtle changes, but some of them are more extensive, especially the Major Transformations. (https://store.steampowered.com/app/....._of_Wonders_4/). Planetfall from the same series kinda has TF with the Xenoplague Secret Tech, but it's a bit vague and abstract (enemies killed with the right debuff become monsters under your control)
Divinity Dragon Commander has the PC becoming a dragon (though in gameplay it's works more like spawning a dragon, as the PC is not a relevant entity if they aren't a dragon) (https://store.steampowered.com/app/.....gon_Commander/)
I finished I'm Not a Monster just now, found the tf quite underwhelming, it's more like a poof-tf, no mid tf art, and there's no playable character that transforms(while playing), and the game itself is quite difficult, not recommend if looking for tf. Thanks for your recommendations anyways, I'll try other games after I buy them.
to the list. It's an old game from the 90's that you can get on gog.com for like 2 dollars. You transform into an anthro-mantis over the course of the game while the whole world around you is suffering from different bug TFs. The gameplay makes for a weak RPG, as you never get any cool mantis armor or mantis weapons, which I call a lost opportunity. However, I still recommend it as a TF game since it stays on the TF theme the whole way through. You see some interesting interactions between different mutants and the humans who are either suffering from the events or trying to make the TFs happen. Some could say it is even inspiring...
Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous (Steam, etc.)
A crpg, besides the class ability or spell tfs, there's also mythic path, which is a more gradual tf. What's best about the game is that there's kitsune as playable species so I can enjoy the game besides the tf part.
The Pirate's Fate (Steam)
A CYOA visual novel, great character writings, the base game is good but the dlc is very disappointing.
Spore (Steam, etc.)
May not technically be a individual-level tf but it definitely is the gameplay and it's very fun.
MidBoss (Steam)
Roguelike, technically not tf, more like possession, but it's a core feature.
What about smash bros?
and here's the jam page https://itch.io/jam/tf22/entries
I think there's a few other tf-themed jams on itcho too if you look around.
For SFW
Untitled TF Game
Sepia and the magic book
Any of konoe's games
DragonReAction (FA)
For NSFW
Exhile Of Aphrodisia
Transformation Tycoon
Dungeon Dephts
Redemptions Keep (FA)

Fleshcult has the PC transforming themselves and their minions as progression (NSFW) (https://store.steampowered.com/app/.....720/Fleshcult/)
Wildermyth is a very good RPG game with progressive transformations for PCs that experience certain events (https://store.steampowered.com/app/.....90/Wildermyth/)
Plague Inc: Evolved doesn't have any TFs natively, but there's an extensive selection on the Steam Workshop for transformative plagues. (https://store.steampowered.com/app/.....e_Inc_Evolved/)

FUN

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this, lots of bad-end based tf, very NSFW.
