Strange flesh by Blazingcheeks. Its a short little game with a little hypnosis in it.

You looking for just image games or text games okay too? Because there's quite a bit of hypnosis sprinkled around Trials in Tainted Space, but that one feels like it's already on everyone's radar.
There's also Forest Of the Blue Skin (FOBS) that I think had some hypno, but it's been a while since I played it. Good monster-girl sprites anyway.
Latex Dungeon has hypno-adjacent, in that the more corrupted you get the more willing you become to throw yourselves into their embrace.
And then the O.G. one of Monster Girl Quest (parts 1-3) had several that would use hypnosis moves to entrap and ensnare.

To clarify for this guy, "Buleballs" is the artist responsible for the games. Dormaus Valley and castle nox are his main projects but almost all of his games have a lot of hypnosis.

Flexible survival has some hypnosis encounters iirc but you would have to go and look for them. It has lots of forced mental change stuff in general though.

Here's the official download. It updates once a month. The basic premise has you as a human survivor in a quarantined city after a infectious nanobot outbreak turns most of the people there into various horny monsters whose minds have become warped by whatever specific infection got them.

Losing fights, interacting carelessly with infectious material and mutants, or generally just being unlucky will infect your character and begin to transform them into another of whatever strain you contract. There is a LOT of content and fetishes involved and you can customize a lot of what you want to see.
