Are they meant to be a necklace? Can they be used for something else aside form decor (like are they meant to be lit like a candle)?

You can wear them as a necklace (I advise to pick the eyebolt on top for that purpose). You just need to replace the tiny cord with a necklace one :)

As for candle, no I just use candle gel so the colours will stay crisp for many years and will have a much better durability than if it was water.

Yes I haven't remade the tiny booklet because it was taking me a lot of time to print and assemble it by hand. I'm thinking of redoing a batch maybe someday, or do an actual little book, a bit bigger, I'd order from a printer

Would these potions hold up as a Keychain? Or would the joustling in a pocket of keys be little much? Caught my eye as possible gift.

I kept one as a keychain for 3 years without problems.

Eventually, one unfortunate day I dropped my keys and the keys shattered the glass. Otherwise, the potion was still fine.

The potions are pretty tiny, so they don't take too much space in the pockets. The most likely thing that could happen could be to tear off the eyebolt from the cork when pulling keys out of the pocket, if the potion gets stuck in the fabric or something like that.
