Raising the Commissions' Price - Again!

Due to the expenses that have been rising due to a loan my family had to take, I will be upping the price of commissions from December onward from 10€ per 1k words to 12€ per 1k words. To make it simple on why this is now a thing: the one that had been assigned to work on the new house we should be moving to within a few months decided that 'he needed 6k€ more than he got from us' and tried to up the price despite a contract stipulating the proper price. We dropped him, but now we are expected to pay a slightly higher price for the works.
