Does anyone know of any good, animal rescue/conservation organizations I can donate to?

I got a donation for a problem I had that is no longer needed (it was for my BF's cat but we are broken up so RIP), and I wanted to donate the money to a good cause. It just wouldn't sit right with me to pocket the money as it was out of goodwill.
