Today's announcement is, I think, an important one to get out for the sake of transparency and to keep you all updated on our current situation and its potential effects on our work.
Since February Khael's health has been... up and down. We have made a few small comments on it but unfortunately things have taken a significant turn for the worse over the last couple of weeks. We have been trying hard to get to the bottom of the issues but, for the most part, doctors have been having a hard time pinning down the causes and thus the path to resolve them.
I will avoid going to go into specifics but recently there have been markers in Khael's blood-work of serious concern and of which is being investigated actively. Whilst he is stable at present, it is... hard on us.
Work is a good distraction for Khael and so we have been making some progress but it doesn't take much to get side-tracked when we're fielding calls regularly from doctors and specialists daily and taking extra trips to town to have more tests done. That alongside the anxiety and overall emotional drain means work is slow.
We are doing what we can to keep up with our Patreon content, gallery postings and commissions but its a real challenge for us at present and we kindly request patience with our slow progress as we work through this very tough time, both emotionally, physically and financially.
I want to take a moment to genuinely thank everyone for their wonderful support, including our Patreon's who are quite literally keeping a roof over our heads. We hold out hope for the future and look forwards to producing more creative works for you all <3
